REFUND POLICY

At LUWE, we offer high-quality products and does quality check while packing to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:

· Returns : We regret to inform you that we do not offer a return option for any of our products. We encourage you to carefully review your order and choose a Size according to our Size Chart before making a purchase.

· Replacements : We provide replacement options for products that arrive damaged. Since the product is quality checked before shipping to verify the defect an uninterrupted (without pause) opening video of the product must be shared with us for initiating returns. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

· Report the Issue : Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Provide your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item.

· Assessment : Our team will review your report and the provided evidence to assess the damage.

· Replacement : Approval: Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product. Please note that replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Ø EXCLUSIONS:

· Damage caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.

· Products that have been used or altered.

Ø RETURN ELIGIBILITY

· Items must be returned within eight days of the delivery date.

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item should also be in its original packaging with tags attached.

· Items that are damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Ø NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Ø The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Ø Sale or clearance items.

Ø Gift cards.

Ø RETURN PROCESS

· To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

· Contact Us: Email our customer support at luweindiapvtltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return, opening video and photos of the damaged item.

· Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

· Ship the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Ø REFUNDS

· Refund will be done in 7 days after return product is reach on our office. After 7 days if you not get so contact on our support id :- luweindiapvtltd@gmail.com or also you can WhatsApp on :- +918848440448

· For prepaid order refunded directly to account from where you made payment on our website.

· We initiate refund only after we receive the product on our office. And make sure send product in original condition same as we ship to you if there is any damaged/ torn and washed. So we are not responsible for any refund.

· For cod order you need to share your transfer details from your registered email to our support id:- :- luweindiapvtltd@gmail.com

· We accept bank transfer / gpay / phonepay / paytm.
